Awful stay The room was not cleaned, bed linens were dirty, homeless were hanging out in stairway and knocking on doors all night. Light switches didn’t have plates. Do not recommend!

Nous nous sommes présentés vers 15:30 heures à cet hôtel. La chambre ne nous convenait pas du tout ( tout à côté de la buanderie avec un bruit terrible). Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre et monsieur à la réception nous a dit qu’il n.en avait pas d’autres de disponible. Il a accepté d.annuler notre réservation mais n’a pas voulu nous remettre un document d’annulation. Il était mal poli et très expéditif. Va t’il vraiment annuler cette réservation comme il a dit?

The room was filthy and filled with cockroaches. We left after a few hours and the manager refused to refund our money.
