When we got our card and went to our room the whole room was a mess like someone was still in there and then we had to wait for a clean room after 19hrs of driving.

.....they gave my pre paid reservation away! Had to drive 100 miles to another town at night trying to find a room.

Not Worth It. Awful !!! Service was not good, breakfast was just nutrigrain bar and coffee. Pathetic .

THIN WALLS Thin walls. We could hear the neighbors tv and loud conversations through late night. We had an early morning.

Extremely dissatisfied. My reservation from hotels.com never got to the hotel apparently, so we showed up after a long day, expecting a room only to find that our reservation didn’t get there and they had no room available. I made my reservation weeks in advance, got confirmation, had paid in full, and didn’t get a room. We spent the first night of our trip on a terribly uncomfortable hide away and roll away bed in my in laws room. Bed sheets and pillows had hairs. Bathroom walls and shower curtains were stained. Lobby smelled like fish. “Breakfast” included granola bars and coffee, that’s it!!!

While the staff was friendly and very accomodating, the hotel is old and outdated. Our first room, the shelf was ripped out of the wall so they fixed it, and then the TV wouldnt work so we had to change rooms. Then the tv worked but channels did not match to the guide they have. The pillows are cheap and flat and the beds super uncomfortable. We stayed only a couple nights and changed hotels because our backs hurt so much from the beds. This place severely needs a remodel.
