Horrible beds. Not cleaned daily - they only clean every 6 days. Breakfast was a pre-packaged tiny muffin and coffee.

Microwave didn't work properly (plate was too big). Sofa bed had no pillows or bedsheets, talked to person in front desk and recieved sheets but only one pillow. Had pet hairs and caused allergies and eye irritation, also caused sciatic to flare up(hard sofa bed) No do not disturb sign and there was no breakfast available.

I was kicked out of my room at midnight due to a scheduling conflict which could've neen easliy fixed

Safety & security questionable Two exit/entrance doors were not latching or locking. When we told the front desk, we were told “it’s been that way for awhile.” They had very little concern. Several homeless people hanging around in the back…near the back door that wasn’t latching/locking.

After checking in. We went to our room. Only a sheet on the bed, not even tucked in. The 3 pillows were on the chair. Looked around room for extra linens but there weren’t any. Had to go to desk to get blanket and quilt. Also no hairdryer in room. When I reserved the room, website said free breakfast. When we checked in We were told breakfast hours and that it was coffee and maybe a muffin!! First day, coffee and no muffin. Next day, small prepackaged muffins.!

The male staff member that checked me in was very rude and I think intentionally gave me the worst room in the whole hotel. I didn’t have adequate hot water and was positioned right next to a main exit door that was consistently opening and closing during my 2 night stay. I didn’t want to deal with his rudeness so I opted to stay in the room. The other staff members I encountered were pleasant though. Our room was not clean. The clerk didn’t even try to help us. We stayed in another hotel.

It should not say continental breakfast because coffee does not make a breakfast. There was absolutely nothing to eat. The tv in the bedroom did not work but the front desk staff could not fix it. Not a good place to stay.
