Bad They cancelled my room and I made reservations months in advance...it was poor as hell... customer service was crap..it was a horrible experience for me

Rooms were dirty, super smelly like smoke and people actually smoked in the rooms we could smell it walking by the hallw This hotel is super un clean. our bed sheets were stained with blood. the smell of the hotel is disgusting and unsanitary to the point you think you’ll get infected with a disease Nothing! please do not stay here it’s worse than anything I’ve ever seen. you’re better off camping in a tent honestly.

worst experience in a hotel since I’ve been an adult worst hotel I have ever stayed in. the carpet had burn marks. the bathroom was not clean. there were holes in the walls in the room. there were no dishes or silverware and this is an extended stay America. there were no large towels to dry off. the shower was broken. there were roaches. spots on the ceiling appeared to be mold. elevator buttons broken.I’m sure there is more just to much to remember. terrible place to stay!!! nothing

It was horrible. The room, the smell, it wasn’t clean it smelled like cigarettes and smoke. They didn’t have toilet paper in the room, so we went to go ask at the front and they said they had ran out of toilet paper. There was a blood stain by the bathroom on the carpet. The carpet had stains all over. And was extremely the dirty. The bedding was also dirty. There was no trashcan in the bathroom or any trashcan at all in the room. It's unpleasant. Its icky and dirty, not really clean. Its awful. this is the worst hotel we've ever been and we needed to transfer because it was filthy. smells really bad. We booked four days but we only stayed one night because we can't take it but unfortunately it was unrefundable!!
