not impressed. I had never stayed at an Extended Stay hotel before and was disappointed. It was very utilitarian with no comforts. No carpets in the room made it loud. No cups or hair dryer in the bathroom. No coffee pot. The "grab and go" breakfast was lame.

Disappointing but good value First floor room seemed musty, carpet somewhat used...didn't want to lie on it to exercise. Walls paper thin...could hear neighbors peeing and upstairs footsteps were very loud. Breakfast is pathetic. Otherwise though, value for the money.

The room had lingering smell of cigarettes. The towel bar fell. The windows were the opening kind but both nearly fell on floor as no longer fitted. It was quiet but very subpar.

No rest on Tunnel Road When we arrived to this hotel we were greeted by a lovely lady and that was it. The bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were old and flat. We stayed there to sleep and didn't get any. Will not stay there again.

Poor The room we were initially assigned was dirty. The floor was so sticky you could hardly walk across it. After phoning the desk they moved us to a different room on a different floor. We packed everything up and moved to the first floor and that room was full of bugs. Would not stay there again nor would I ever recommend it.
Run down dirty place Believe there were more animals at this place than guests! The place smelled from dogs and cats. We watched a dog pee in the elevator! The breakfast was a joke- nothing but packaged foods.
Thumbs Diiwn Room next to elevator shaft. Felt like subway station. Had to move rooms. Wslls real thin, can hear normal conversation from next room. No carpet, so room on floor above was loud with normal walking. This is 1st time i have ever reviewed a hotel. Not good experience, and overpriced.
Horrible Experience The room had a strong smell of cigarettes. Looks like people smoke inside the room. The smell was so strong that we couldn't sleep. We ended up moving to a different hotel. They did not have another room to move us.
