The beds felt like bx springs-none could sleep This was a 75. Room priced at close to 200. We were desperate but never again at any extended stay.

Poor Substitutions Basically, the hotel provides you with a small 2 unit stove (you have to request all other things like the toaster, coffee maker and the cutlery at the front desk), but they have removed the good breakfast as given by Comfort Inn/days inn/super 8 and most others. Their grab and go is rather pathetic, consisting of coffee, muffins and cereal am sure that I am done with this brand of hotels, rather pay a little more and stay a bit more comfortable. Anything I asked for was replied to as "Sorry, we don't have... read more

My Review It was nice having a kitchenette. Stayed for two days but no housekeeping showed up to make beds or change the towels. Not sure why. No real breakfast to write about except some muffins and instant cereal. Beds were barely comfortable. Air conditioning unit was very noisy.

No kitchen items as advertised Upon arrival, with my groceries in hand, I was told the hotel had run out of kitchen items. No pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, coffee maker etc. So the food I had bought could not be used. The front desk worker finally found me 1 plate, 1 fork and 1 knife. The walls were very thin and I could hear every word of my neighbors conversation also the other neighbor played his guitar at midnight.

Business response:

I appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention. The situation you described regarding the availability of kitchen items is unacceptable, and I sincerely apologize for your experience. In response to your feedback, I am coaching my front desk staff to make sure our kitchen items are fully stocked. I am grateful for the feedback you provided so we are able to continually improve our hotel. We would love to have another chance to provide you with a better experience at our hotel the next time you're in town.

Close to the mall and downtown but no next time From the photo of the hotel, it looked clean and nice. But the entire place had this weird chemical smell when I took the first step into the hotel. Toilet has really weak flush. I've never stayed at a hotel that had poor bathroom even when it was the same price rate.

Not a nice place. Not a great hotel. The rooms I reserved were not available. One of the non smoking rooms reeked of smoke. The rooms did not have the kitchenware that they were supposed to have and neither had a blow dryer. The front desk was not helpful and the place was full of sketchy looking guests.

Business response:

Your review for our hotel was recently brought to my attention. I sincerely apologize that that my front desk was not helpful. Please note that we keep our kitchen items at the front desk, and they are available upon request. Blow dryers are also available upon request. To make sure this doesn't happen again, I am meeting with my front desk staff to review our check-in procedure to ensure that these policies are properly communicated. I really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We do hope you will choose to stay ... read more

Bad experience! The room was horrible. Had it not been late and the only hotel with an available room in that area we would not have stayed there. There was black mold and dirt in the bathroom. The kitchenet chairs had food stains and "stuff" on the seats. The comforters were dirty and even though the room as advertized as Non-Smoking, it reeked of smoke.
