Employees were the best. Cleanliness and breakfast was the worst.

not suitable for an extended stay cramped kitchen area- the staff was very friendly and helpful- the cost would have been excessive for an extended stay

No local or sports channels on the tv. Only old movies. Hair all over shower walls.

Manager Tracy is rude and customer service is BAD Manager Tracy was rude, hung up the phone in my face. Hotel had no cable for 2 weeks prior to check in and did not inform me. Wouldn’t give me a refund after it was supposed to be fixed at 5pm the day of check in, 4 hours after that cable still didn’t work and initially offered a refund, then the next morning the manager Tracy refuses the refund. Horrible horrible customer service and completely unprofessional.

I was disappointed in the facility. I didn't do enough research on the quality of the facility before selecting it. The lamp shades were dirt, the bed was extremely hard, and not worth the money. I will never stay at another one.
