UNCOOPERATIVE staff was uncooperative with our special request I will never book this chain again I've never had to pay $10/hour for an early check-in I had 6 rooms booked and had to get my bus driver off duty for safety reasons they had rooms available

Dirty Sheets... Staff was very friendly, but our room was dirty. The sheets had not been changed and had hair everywhere. After informing the front desk, I was given clean sheets and was told management would be told.

I reserved Pom with two beds and was given a room with only one. Room had hole in the wall from door knob. Air conditioner was noisy.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Didn't smell clean and absolutely no amenities what so ever in the room itself. Shower handle was loose from wall. Just seemed old and for the money was disappointing. They had a "grab and go" breakfast whatever that is. Thankfully iHop was right down the road.

Ended up staying for 2 hours and then left, the smell made us feel sick. I will work with Expedia about getting a refund.
Dirty cleaning cloth in the bathroom left by maids. Hairs in the shower. General feeling that it was not cleaned properly. TV only had SD channels, and not that many. "Breakfast included" meant they had coffee and a basket with prepackaged muffins. Room had small kitchenette but no dishes, no silverware, etc.

Wouldn’t stay again.. Hotel is in need of a lot of updates. It smelled really bad and needs to be cleaned better.
