I specifically wanted a pool and they have one but it has not been approved by the county. I chose this place because they said it had a pool. I even took a picture. I checked in and the front desk person told me the pool was not opened. I brought my 7 year old who was extremely disappointed. This is false advertising. The room is dirty and outdated. The sofa bed did not have sheets. I had to go and get them myself. I am truly disappointed and will make a complaint because their guest relations department is closed.

Water pipe busted manger did nothing about it kids running in the hallway at 2 am no ice dirty rooms stunk like a skunk

Not the best place to stay The staff was but not available at night and did not inform us of needing to ask for additional sheets and things when we checked in. The outlets didn't work in our room. There was a dead roach in one of our pillow cases. And the room was not advertised to be as small as it was. When we opened the sofa bed, we had to literally climb over our top get to the other side of the room. Do not EVER stay here! I stayed here for two days and while the front desk staff was very pleasant, the rooms were less than desirable. The room I was supposed to stay in wasn’t done being cleaned, so I was put in another room, with the staff telling me I could switch to the original room later. I wondered why.
