This will be my one and only stay This was my first stay at an Extended Stay America, and I was very disappointed. Check-in was very difficult, including the necessity to call a separate representative to resolve an issue, even though I was working in person with the hotel representative on-site. Bed sheets, towels and pillows were in short supply, and the sofa bed could not be used for lack of sheets and pillows as well. is not a hotel is a apartment complex they have people living there for months I dont care but why they mix with regular travelers us insane smell like a fast food restaurants

no room available and not refund the money back, rebooked wingate by Wyndham.

Heater was broke and the staff acted as if I was lying about it being broke

No gurantee For Early Check-In. There is Absolutely no early check!! After there being multiple assurances that early check in was secured for my stay
