Worst management not friendly, never see a management like that

Some staff were nice, while others were rude. After staying for 9 days, I needed to extend check out time. They insisted I must pay an extra day. Paying is not a problem, I was planning to pay at checkout, but they said payment must be made immediately. Had to leave room to go and pay before they will allow me to stay in the room. Not very friendly.

The hotel claims to provide free breakfast however do not be fooled because it is just a coffee bar. The sofa beds are either broken or misshaped so if you intend to utilize the sofa beds, then be prepared to have a worst kind of backache the next morning!! They ran out of pillows, towels, toiletries etc etc... All in all it was a very BAD experience for me and my family.

Room was dirty No soap shampoo or towels Breakfast only had bars. Not a breakfast Overall disaster. Will never go back

It was dirty, the sofa bed did not work, breakfast not provided as listed, renewed our stay by phone, was told to just bring $ that day, came back to hotel and was locked out of our room for 30 mins while trying to find someone to help, vending machine stole our money, etc. etc. Will NEVER stay at again!

No hicieron el room service, no llevaron toallas adicionales , no solucionaron ninguna de las peticiones hechas , el desayuno ofrecido es una estafa la verdad no volveré jamás a ese tipo de hotel es un desastre ....

Embarrassing moment It was very embarrassing and very unprofessional. They would not let me in to get my room that I had already paid through hotel.com a company who I value a lot. To be honest I went in after I spoke to hotel.com but I really did not want to go in and paid them after the employee embarrassed me. He stayed that his boss did not let people in after 11. Pm . Unfortunate situation with my stay. Unfortunately they a lightning stoke the building a few minutes before I arrived and the fire alarm went off. The staff didn’t not know how to turn it off and they took several hours to fix it. I couldn’t work from my room.
