Itchy bed couldn't sleep and strange smell in the hall and they had no ice machines

Worst place we stayed We asked for extra sheets and pillows and it was very hard t convince them that we booked the room for six and there were only four pillows.

The room was dirty...refrigerator smelled like fish, stains on carpet and phone didnt work. I had to ask for a new room. The second room was better. The hotel staff even though 2 of them....one asked me to have a seat while he waited on a customer for seriously almost 20 minutes!. Then i got on the elevator there was trash , the lobby was also dirty. At breakfast time the area was dirty also....wasnt pleased at all.

Room did not have many items as described such as a table but no chairs , a deluxe kitchenette but no cook ware , dishes etc and when asked the staff for the dish ware we are told they have a full house and need to wait and clean , then got a coffeemaker only to realize in the morning the basket was not included.....the children of extended stay guests were running the halls and grounds unsupervised......not a hotel to stay for rest and relax on a vacation ....it is a place for families temporary stay and contracted workers.... read more

The breakfast was not enough!! There were only granola bars left even at 8:10 am! And the toiletries were not enough, either!
