There was no staff available after 11pm. We needed towels and the lobby was in darkness like a ghost town. There was a constant smoke smell despite it saying it was a smoke free hotel. There were also a lot of shady characters roaming the premises. Horrible hotel. Would not recommend. Never again!

My phone did not work.. my iron was broken.. there was blood in the pull out mattress also trash behind it..also finger prints in the window!!

Do not recommend Smelled horrible and AC did not work. Then was told that I needed to check out at 11am because of the room change. The change being due to AC not working in original room.

Extended Stay America will not be a place I visit again. 1st. At check in they didn't have the rooms available that was on my reservation. 2nd. The room was not clean, rice was all in the couch . 3rd. I now have bed bugs from my stay there... and hotel staff is unconcerned and are continuing to rent the room to other guest.

Unfortunately the AC did not work properly, the tv only had 2 channels, and the tub was dirty upon check-in.

We had requested and expected to have a room with handicapped facilities. upon arrival, we were told they had only 3 of that type room in the whole motel and all were taken ! so, none were available !! According to them, there was the ability to overbook, but for a handicapped room ?? they did 'upgrade' us to a different room with NO handicapped facilities, but my mom is wheelchair bound. we made it work, but it was Very challenging for her !!
