Deactivated our badges with still having 1 more day to stay. Our door would auto latch itself as well.

The property elevator did not work and we was on the third floor

Just Ok Overall the room was very clean. The biggest issue with the room would be the tub and sink would not drain and elevator was out of order

Booked through hotels.com. Get to the hotel to check in only to see a sign at the front desk that states that a $100 deposit has to paid at the time of check in. This isn't stated on the website or hotels.com. Front desk clerk was trynna to convince me that all Extended Stays are the same way and their not. As far as I know only this location. We didn't stay and had to book another room at another location that does not charge the extra $100 deposit. Staff was very unprofessional. Look as if both were somewhere sleeping. Lou... read more

You will stand at the front desk without anyone there! When I arrived I stood there for awhile without a lady coming up. It’s NOISY! And also I wasn’t aware animals are allowed. So you will be hearing lots of barking and can hear the person next door to you as if they are in the same room. Parking area was limited. On arrival- 2 police cruisers and suspects in handcuffs were on sidewalk of the property. We called for late arrival and we're told that check in is closed between 12AM and 3AM. The desk clerk was able to get the check in done due to a delay in their system going down.The elevator was out of service. All fire doors were propped open with various items(box, towel,etc). The elevator was broken only stairs available, the building and rooms had a terrible odor. I couldn’t even bring myself to stay for the night. I checked out and left. I will say technically the room itself was nice but the odor was terrible.
