Noticed live adult bed bugs on the furniture upon check in and immediately left, notifying staff with photos and videos before checking out and leaving.

Rooms rented out to workers with their families and barking dogs in rooms. No hot water etc.

The Power Ferry Extended Stay location called me around 3:00pm to say they had no room and transferred my reservation to the Extended Stay location on Leland…I get there and the front desk agent was rude and cancelled my reservation.
