I’d rather not say all I can say it the breakfast is NOT continental it’s only store bought mini muffins, crunchy granola and off brand oatmeal. I chose this hotel specially for the breakfast i still spent money on breakfast. I started to get an Air B n B and decided not to. That’s was a big mistake. First and last time at this hotel chain. There was other issues too but the breakfast was my main disappointment

Place smelled very bad The hotel smelled like weed and fish. Like over powering smell. I will not stay here again.

Après 3 essais pour tenter d'ouvrir notre porte (ce qui laisse une très mauvaise impression), la jeune fille a dû nous donner une autre chambre. En entrant dans la chambre, mon odorat très développé a senti la cigarette. Pour un établissement sans fumée, on aurait dû faire aérer cette chambre dans laquelle quelqu'un avait assurément fumé. Nous étions tellement fatigués qu'on n'a pas voulu changer de chambre... encore.

Dissapointed We traveled 12hrs from WI and arrived at hotel an hour early, 2pm, before check in. Have traveled to many areas of US and this is the first time I had a hotel tell me not hat I could t check in early and if I needed to check in early they were going to charge me 25$ extra. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The beds are not comfortable at all and there were roaches in the room.

Terrible experience Check person not very friendly! No hair dryer, or ice trays since supposedly you are to make your own ice. The grab and go breakfast was sad. Very limited cable. I will never ever stay at these hotels again!!!

Unclean room again and lamp beside knobs fell out.Inconvenience changing room once again.The help needs to clean better and someone recheck it coffee stuck on table and the smell of marijuana in the air is not good.Cleanliness of room is really only problem and occasional walking the hall conact from someone smoking in room..Ok maybe it is legal oil but it still strong....changing rooms with luggage after going up to room and transfer after unclean room is tiresome .I rebook because they really do try to make it a 5 star pla... read more
