Expedia took my money and I wasn’t even able to stay that night. I paid for a room and they said it wasn’t on their system so I wasn’t able to check in or anything. Need a full refund

Nothing really! They could use more staff, the rooms aren’t clean, the elevator was very filthy, the breakfast was pitiful

Don’t waste your money! Hotel was outdated. I had roaches crawling in my bathroom and room. My skin became irritated and a rash appeared on my arm... I don’t know if our sheets were clean because I woke up with a rash on the second day I was in the room. My family and I visited from out of state for Christmas and guest of hotel were looking in our vehicle, constantly walking around our car as if they were looking for valuables to steal. I did not feel safe, the place is dark inside and outside. It was just one person at the desk. No security.

Good price, expect roaches Several roaches, you could smell weed in our bathroom, and you could tell the hotel was not clean overall.
