Very Disappointing First of all, my room was given away just because I didn’t pay a certain amount when I paid upfront and this is after drivng more than 12 hours to get here from Texas. Then it was oh well it is first come first serve and a bunch of excuses and bullcrap apologies. Reservation means nothing Get to hotel after traveling through traffic and rain only to find out that the room I reserved a month ago is not available and no rooms available nor clean. House keeper Jessica was amazing it's now 7pm and she's the only housekeeper trying to get as many rooms clean as she can. I fully paid weeks in advance and arrived on the day of reservation, only to be told that they are overbooked and there is no room for us. No alternatives offered by them. Terrible.

Never again Room was not very clean. There were no linens for the pullout in the room. They said they would deliver but never did had to go to front desk late at night after a wedding. Doors to come in from outside were broken. No hairdryer in the room.

It was not clean and roaches and hair were all over the room. The staff was nice.

To start, the name of this place is "extended stay America suites" and has nothing to do with Marriott. The place is plain dirty, room, corridor, elevators. Cockroaches, yes these were in the room too. There is no breakfast as indicated just pot coffee and muffins. I always choose Marriott hotels for their cleanliness and quality of the property. I consider this to be false advertisement by Expedia. Please don't even think about going there.
