The room I reserved was no the room I was given. The room was absolutely filthy. The kitchen was so dirty we could not even walk into it. If it were not really late when we checked in we would not have stayed there. We were supposed to stay 3 nights. We left after one night. I can’t recommend this property to anyone.

Adamshame The people at the front desk are rude…. They clean your room on arrival… and police away there

Roches all over the cabinets. (Desk clerk said management was aware but was doing nothing about it.) Advertised hot breakfast, not available. Breakfast bar had no fruits, coffee and, nor creamer for coffee. Desk person looked but couldn't find any. He also did not understand the rules for depositing trash or dirty linens nor did the person who arrived later..( Lack of training )

Extended Stay will NEVER have me as a customer again. After a long flight (10 am - 11 pm) I was greeted by a hostile and inconsiderate host. I get to the hotel at 12:30 am and was told that my reservation could not be found. I booked through a 3rd party and unfortunately I didn't get the link for travelers insurance, so I was charged for the entire trip. Upon further inquiry it seems that if you don't check in by 11pm you're considered a no show. The standard for most hotels is 3 am.

Very Disappointing First of all, my room was given away just because I didn’t pay a certain amount when I paid upfront and this is after drivng more than 12 hours to get here from Texas. Then it was oh well it is first come first serve and a bunch of excuses and bullcrap apologies.
