Do not stay here!! This room was literally the worst! Upon check in the guest services agent emphasized the non-smoking policy. I don’t smoke and requested a nonsmoking room… but ok. When we entered the room it was like walking into a poker room with 10 people smoking cigarettes at once. The smell was overwhelming. First, they gave my room to someone else after I contacted them about checking in late. The new room I was given was very dirty with bugs and stains everywhere. I didn’t feel safe at all because the lock was broken. The oven was already on when I came inside the room and the heater made the room smell like it was on fire. I would never stay at this hotel again.

I arrive at property. It is over booked ,this is the second time it has happened , Extended Stay America has to do better ,it's either the employees not doing there job or bad computer systems.Problem needs to be addressed!

I can’t review everything because we showed up and their system was down. Headquarters was not willing to do an override (though I’m a rewards member) so we had to stay somewhere else.

Disgusting. The staff is extremely rude. And the rooms are disgusting and full of cockroaches.

Very loud neighbors and hotel in general. The neighbors were making loud noise until 6am. There is little to no noise isolation between the rooms. The breakfast include in our stay is beyond disappointing (packets of oatmeal, granola bars and radioactive muffins on the menu. that's it). We didn't have access to at least a pan. Finally we found and kill two cockroaches who were wandering around.
Hotel definitely not up to par. Room wasn't ready when we went to check in at 4:30pm when check in starts at 3:00pm. There was NO swimming pool even though the website says there was one. Hotel was in the middle of a renovation but it wasn't posted online. The room was dirty like the house keeping rushed to get the room ready. Doors were wet with disinfectant spray that wasn't wiped away. Oven didn't shut all the way so we couldn't have used it if we wanted to. Found what appeared to be a pubic hair in one of the beds.
