Lied about not having the room I reserved and told my booking agent that they didnt have the reservation but told me the room i reserved was not available that I would have to make other arrangements, after traveling well over 5 hrs for a family vacation!

The room was dirty !! The carpet had stains and missing pieces in it ! The sofa bed had stains ! The room smelled like smoke ! It has ashes left in the window seal !

No blankets,linens, and breakfast is a granola bar No bedding reception simply stated couldn’t do anything till housekeeping came in, which was in the morning, so sleeping with no blanket at all for us or our kids and had to go back to reception for linens for the kids bed. breakfast was a granola bar, that’s not a breakfast is included deal, though they had coffee, but that was out at 8am when we arrived for breakfast.

I reserved 3 two-room suites for 5 adults and 2 children. I was in town for my stepson's graduation. When I got there they said that they had overbooked the rooms and some guests decided to extend their stay so only one of my rooms was ready when check-in was supposed to be at 3pm. We didn't get checked into two of the rooms until an hour later and the last one I didn't get in to until later on that evening.
