The person named Autumn at desk was extremely rude. Although I had a booking she refused to give me a room and called 911 to make me leave. I never got any explanation for why I couldn’t get the room. Never stay at Extended Stay America

Smelling very pad throughout. The door latch was not working so they changed room . Other room also has bad smell and bathroom tub had issues

Dirty dirty dirty. Place was full of cigarette smoke. Pubic hair in shower and bed

The property are too old, furniture has 100 years, the area are awesome , they need to remodeling the hotel.

The person at the front desk was rude and with no commitment at all with the standards this hotel chain usually has. She was not in the front. It took time to her to appear in the counter. No bell to ring for cases like this one in which a guest arrives and there is not a clerck in the front . With just a simple bell to ring this problem can be solved. Have our room away! When we arrived the day of our check in- the office clerk simply said “ We have a problem- we don’t have your room.” No one bothered to call me ahead of time, no solutions were offered. The clerk was very curt and uncaring. This was at 11 pm at night and after a 5 hour drive. We were exhausted and had to scramble to find another hotel. Unfortunately we found a hotel but not in the area where the basketball tournament we were attending was located- like the hotel we THOUGHT we were staying was.

When I looked it up they said it had continental breakfast, that usually includes fresh rolls, fruit, bagals, donuts etc. I went down for coffee at 10:00 am there was not any they had took it downtown most hotels have coffee and tea all day. you have to pay an extra 10.00 to get your room cleaned you have to take dirty towels downstairs in the lobby to get clean towels. For what I paid I was totally disappointed will never book at extended stay again.

The room seemed outdated for amenities. Room above me was extremely noisy, running back and forth all night. Stayed on first floor, parking lot filled with other guests, seemed like they were having a social event. Room smelled damp, had to buy air freshener. Staff was great and polite.
