I like the location and the cleanness of the property. I did not like when I asked the front desk to vacuum the floor near the bedside because there was red pepper flakes on the carpet which means they never vacuumed. I was there for 4 days and I asked multiple times and it was never done. Gross! Also I didn't like every time I was coming in and out the hotel, no one was at the front desk. I did not feel safe.

Poor utensils, plates & cups, beds hard and uncomfortable, their was hair in my wash cloth

Worst stay ever My first day the water was brownish and the bathroom was dirty, later on that night I got the note saying the water will be shut off from 10am - 2pm. They was having water problem the whole time I was there. And everytime I leave my room I have to go back to the front desk to reprogram my key. My whole stay I couldn’t brush my teeth or shower. There was no water running. My whole experience was terrible. Worst stay ever.

Wouldn’t stay here again. The only time I saw an employee was when I first checked in. Three days there and only saw an employee once. The lady working the front desk on check in was extremely rude and did not want to be there at all. Hotel was pretty dirty. Garbage in the hallway for a day and a half and the hallways smelt like smoke. Would not stay here again.

The front desk had some mud communication with one another. I was checked in after cut off hours. 2nd front desk person come in and he gets irate with me and tell me I was in a vacant room. He then proceeded to call the police on me and have me an my associate escorted off property because he told the police I was trespassing
