Could have been better This stay was less than good! We asked multiple time for things to be fixed or addressed, and the manager kept telling the staff I will address it tomorrow.......we finally had to demand a new room. Only 1 person was willing to help. The entire place smelled like weed and cig smoke. Just be careful, you’ve been warned.

The hotel is clean but I’ll checked in in the morning and the staff in the morning did not let you know everything you need to know about this hotel like one is no maintenance or cleanup service you is the maintenance in cleanup service they give you one pot or pans per room to cook with something I did not take because it was no purpose and then you can turn your rags and towels in downstairs at a certain time to get new ones didn’t know this until the last minute of getting up to get new rags and towels had to go out to bu... read more

The staff was very unproffesional. I booked online a 1 queen bed. When I checked into my room, it was two double beds. I went back down to the desk and showed the desk clerk my reservation for a queen bed. She told me that there were not any queen beds available.

Oh my lord where do I START! First I booked the room on Expedia and the lady at the front desk was like “thank GOD you got here just in time I only have two rooms left and I was waiting on you and another person” so I could of been almost out of a room and I came a very long way. The property was TERRIBLE I felt so unsafe like it was a good thing I had other people with me. The ELEVATOR was BROKE! We had to use the stairs! Man you get what you pay for but GOD!
