Showed at the front desk for check-in and they told me don't have room available

I picked this hotel because it had a kitchen so I could cook and not eat out everyday. Before booking it states we would have a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and we had nothing asked for it they stated they are all out to other people. I’ve previously stayed at a different location and all rooms had their own supplies. No breakfast but I understand because Of covid.

Im so disappointed! I called expedia a month ago to canceling because Covid 19 situation. They referred my case to the hotel for a refund or credit and im still waiting. Is not fair send me a survey when you know you fail your customer. Thanks for nothing- you lose a client!
