There was long black hair on the wall of the shower that I didn't discover until I took a shower. When I complained, the person at the front desk made a note, but said she could do nothing because she was not management.

My hotel experience was disappointing. I reserved a King size bed (being slightly higher in price). To find out at arrival that I was assigned a Queen. When I requested to be relocated, the front desk clerk, said that she could not honor the room as Orbitz had sent the instructions to their system with a Queen rather than a King, (regardless the fact that I showed her the print out of the reservation with the King and the price of the King). Overbooked Hotel was over booked which put hotel staff in a difficult position. Furnishing in room were broken and holes in wall.

Please it just a dump honestly. When we first arrived we noticed trash around and that elevator lights had gone out and no one seemed to care. Don't stay here. There are plenty nicer places around with similar prices.
