Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very dated and worn.

Cleanest ESA I’ve been in. Staff was polite and professional. Rooms were clean with no odor.

Location is key! Our plans for this trip included 6th St, Congress St, Barton Springs, and Downtown. The location of this hotel couldn’t be any more convenient. We drove in from Houston, parked our car & walked or used the scooters to get around. Unlike nearby hotels, parking is included & even with the hotel having no vacancies, there was plenty of parking avail. The hotel was very basic. There is a kitchen, but it is bare, even the coffee maker is gone. You can ask at the front desk for one but it doesn’t come with coffee.... read more

Great location
Great location, very clean room, and super friendly night staff. We were in walking distance to the SRV memorial statue, Sixth St, and the Greetings From Austin mural. There was a very nice kitchenette, the bed was a little on the softer side which is to my liking but a little too soft for my partner. We wished the property had a pool and jacuzzi. And I wouldn’t rely on the free breakfast. It consisted of individually wrapped blueberry muffins, granola bars, coffee, and hot water for tea.
