The staff was so very kind, friendly and helpful. As it is an extended stay hotel, housekeeping was not provided daily, which we preferred as we only stayed for a long weekend and didn’t need daily maintenance. The room had a small kitchenette which was perfect for our needs.

We stayed in a suite with a full kitchen, yet the kitchen didn’t come with a single thing (no dishes, no dish soap, no paper towels, no coffee maker). You had to ask for these items and go the front desk to get them. Very strange and annoying!

Parking was tight when I arrived, them again it was New Year's Eve. When I mentioned that I had parked in an unmarked spot the person who checked me in was very polite & courteous. She informed me that as long as I was parked within the property it will be fine ( probably the reason they asked for the make, model and license plate info). I think I lucked out with my room, it's a fancy studio complete with fridge, microwave, sink, stove, counter space, and plenty of seating. Found used spoon on floor when we entered our room. Not sure if we found a BLACK hair in the bathroom sink or a black thread. room 235

Stock up before 11 Room was spacious, but I checked in a little before 11. Once I realized there were no glasses or silverware or anything in the room, it was after 11, so no front desk staff and I was SOL for the night, because nobody answered the front desk number.
