First room had a faint old smoking smell (and no hangers?). Staff - always very friendly - quickly moved us to an appropriate room without delay.

Was center of where I needed to be for meetings at multiple locations. Bad thing, was near a busy street, so traffic noise was a problem at night.

For the price, location was excellent, beds are comfy, staff are helpful Needs work: Bath no exhaust, they put down really bad smelling fertilizer and we can smell it in the unit, a bit old and run down but clean
