Great location, good price. Walking distance to Terry Blacks BBQ. And 5 min uber to Rainy and 6th st, nightlife areas

I expected an alarm clock to be available as I have slept through my phone alarm. There was one. I then tried to reach the front desk for a wake up call but the phone did not work. I was too tired to go to the desk that night, but it was fixed in the am. the front desk staff was friendly. The location was good. I was not expecting not to have my room cleaned daily. That is remove the waste basket and used towels. I may be spoiled. I have to return next month and may use this again.

The staff was so very kind, friendly and helpful. As it is an extended stay hotel, housekeeping was not provided daily, which we preferred as we only stayed for a long weekend and didn’t need daily maintenance. The room had a small kitchenette which was perfect for our needs.

We stayed in a suite with a full kitchen, yet the kitchen didn’t come with a single thing (no dishes, no dish soap, no paper towels, no coffee maker). You had to ask for these items and go the front desk to get them. Very strange and annoying!
