Guest services was friendly. “Breakfast” was not. Packages of instant grits and coffee is not grab and go breakfast... Also, for an extended stay, it would have been nice to have had more information about what was around to see, do, and eat. A small workout facility would have a been great too. 36 degrees is too cold for some to run outside. Recommend this to stay in Austin. It is inexpensive, close to downtown, it is a short walk across the bridge, to downtown, near the park. Do not go the hamburger place across the street. The food made me sick for 2 days. Hotel was generally clean, the room was clean, and quiet.

For the value and location, this is a great place to stay. If you are looking for fancy, you should probably check somewhere else.

Good property and location for the price. Main complaint was that I stayed for three days and housekeeping didn’t come once to our room. We kept leaving for the day expecting them to come in our absence and got home at the end of the night to find the room just as it was. We also tried extending a night at the same rate, and the front desk sent us on a bit of a wild goose chase calling corporate before finally telling us we’d have to go through Expedia again.
