Great location. Very close to Zilker park and airport. Excellent public transportation options too. I took bus to airport and it cost $1.25, bus stop 1 block away, bus ran every 15 min and took about 20 min to get to airport! Hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable bed, excellent front desk. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very safe area. Very walkable.

Hotels.com staff is incompetent. Great stay. Don't book through Hotels.com . The worst time ever dealing with incompetent staff of hotel Com. They fixed situation after 40 plus minutes on the phone. Unacceptable!
Great value for the price. Walking distance from downtown, plenty of parking. Full size fridge, microwave and stove.

One night Pretty basic for an overnight. Major issues trying to find it....had to call the hotel as the map directions were off because it doesn’t actually face S First St.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating; the room clean and completely functional. My only disappointment was in the "breakfast" offered. The information provided through Expedia states "breakfast included". This consisted of coffee, granola bars, and small packaged muffins. It's really a grab and go snack area, rather than a breakfast.
