Walking distance to the convention center, minutes from downtown, and close to so many shops and sights.

Hotel needs updating in lobby area, it’s a little dreary. No real information in the room about amenities at the hotel. Employees were pleasant. More or less felt like you were left on your own. You now have to request a housekeeping package including coffee pot.

Staff were friendly, room was relatively nice. Room wasn’t very clean and not many amenities.

Old or dirty? Needs a major renovation. Hard to tell if the room was dirty or just old. Even though it is extended stay all plates, glasses etc. have to be requested. No ice machine in the hotel, so ice has to be made in the in room freezer - not ideal with the temperature in triple digits. The staff were really nice and friendly.
