Research first It was a disappointment.
Great location. Room was clean. Got a good price but wouldn't pay more than that for

I stayed during the first weekend of Austin City Limit. Really close to Zilker park. Very clean. Courteous and friendly staff.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. Keetla helped me get a room after I wasn’t appearing in the system and was on the phone with Expedia for a while. She helped us get in early and was very nice.

The location was perfect for ACL weekend. room was nice and staff was attentive. The only bummer was our bicycles were stolen from the bike rack the last night. The clerk on duty wasn't very helpful in that regard. We had to leave so I could go to work but we will be filing a police report. Would be nice if the hotel has any footage of the bike rack.
