ATXed Stay Wasn’t familiar with Austin so didn’t know much about the area. It was walking distance to downtown right across the river. I walked around late and didn’t feel unsafe. There’s a cool karaoke bar just a few minutes away and a Whataburger across the street... room was fine and everything was clean. Bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Parking is a paid lot but is free with your stay... check in took a few minutes as they were training. Wasn’t too much of an inconvenience... Would stay there again.

mal servicio al momento del primer check in al llegar a este hotel al realizar check-in la persona encargada del loobby me dio una habitación muy incómoda nada agradable a las horas me di cuenta que era una habitación para personas discapacitadas le solicite me cambiara pero ella dijo que estaba full el hotel al revisar nuevamente la app hoteles vi que si habia mas habitaciones con las mismas características pero la señora no quizo cambiarme y su respuesta y su ayuda fue poco satisfactoria

Excelente, excepto el desayuno. La ubicación, comodidad y los servicios excelentes. El desayuno que ofrecen deja que desear (únicamente café, tés, muffins y barritas).
