great hotel Great location, in between the downtown/ 6th St. and South Congress neighborhoods, very close to the Congress bridge for bat-watching. Walkable to both neighborhoods depending on the weather, if too hot it's about a $6 lyft or scooter ride. There are other hotels that may be a little more convenient but for the price this was excellent.

Good value Check in and check out staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was good value for area, especially the free parking. We were able to walk to the popular areas by crossing a pedestrian bridge across the river - about a 15 minute walk to 6th street. The coin laundry in the hotel was also convenient.

Great location at a fair price! Great location at a fair price. Having a kitchen area and full fridge was very helpful. We were able to walk to the park as well as downtown without any need to drive. Enjoyed our stay.
