Very helpful and friendly at Desk for check in, although she was stretched extremely thin. Trying to give directions to current guests, help current guests with requests, check me in and answer the phone. She did as well as she could, but it really looks like they need two on duty at desk. I requested and got what they call a non-smoking room, but it smelled like an ash try and the bathroom counter had multiple burn marks on the formica counter top where some dumb ass put their cigarette out on it. The elevator was very dirty and their was an unpleasant odor in the hallways and rooms.
