Forgot something in hotel room. When calling back the next day the manager was very short and not helpful.

Poor service and cleanliness I was switched to this hotel last minute when the hotel I originally booked over overbooked. When I arrived into the lobby, there was no one at the front desk. I said "hello" and "excuse me" several times, for several minutes. until a guy finally emerged from the back with headphones around his neck. He barely spoke aside from asking my name and for my ID.
