Forgot something in hotel room. When calling back the next day the manager was very short and not helpful.

Sophia Rocks !!! I really enjoyed my stay here every time I come. The staff is really nice I came one time when I was sick and my room did not have a bathtub and Sophia which is awesome at the front desk got me into another room just like that the rooms are clean very nice quiet environment.

Poor service and cleanliness I was switched to this hotel last minute when the hotel I originally booked over overbooked. When I arrived into the lobby, there was no one at the front desk. I said "hello" and "excuse me" several times, for several minutes. until a guy finally emerged from the back with headphones around his neck. He barely spoke aside from asking my name and for my ID. The man at the front counter was not friendly at check-in. It felt like we were inconveniencing him by checking in while he was trying to do some cleaning. The room was clean for the most part, but had older, worn bedding and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The soap bar and shampoo in the shower left a thick residue; I highly recommend not using these. Walls are thin, so don't expect too much quietness if it's busy.
