staff is the problem After a long day of traveling from hurricane site, it took 20 mins to find someone to check us in. Mgr finally came down after asking another staff member twice to find her. No apology but chose to remind us of late check out fees.

Donated to Hurricane Harvey evacuee. Staff is compassionate, easy parking, clean cozy room for a very tired family of 4 that were evacuated from the coast line. They loved the Panera Bread nearby.

5stars! I booked the room for my sister and her kids that was evacuated from Corpus Christi Tx due to hurricane Harvey.

Room was clean and met our needs. One lamp out, front desk is not always manned, no maid service. I forgot to ask about this when we checked in, but were only staying 2 days so not a huge issue. My husband waited at the desk for a while to see if he could get a replacement for the broken lamp, but nobody there. WiFi extremely slow.

Good area and apparently safe. For the business purpose of the travel it was a good hotel, close to restaurants and the place we were to do our work. The area was good and looked safe.

Excellent stay and extended stay. My stay at a standard stay was wonderful convenient courteously clean I would refer anyone to that hotel.
