Nice for the price Very comfortable, bathroom a little dated and there’s nothing in the kitchenette (no pots, pans, plates, utensils or glasses) and no hair dryer but neither was a big deal for me.

Thank you for the review. You can always ask at the front desk for pots, pans, plates, utensils or glasses. We do not stock the rooms with those items. We do hand them out at the front desk, and even will deliver them to your room. I do apologize for the inconvenience, and that you were not informed of that at check in. I will get with the staff to make sure every guest is told and aware of our services in the future.
Excellent location. Convenient to many areas and services. Hotel is in need of updating. While clean and safe it has a disinfectant odor in some areas. Some furniture, light fixtures and appliances are worn out and need replacing. Comfortable beds. A great value for the money.

Pros: A good size fridge that looked new. The room was roomy, air-conditioning was up to par even on a 102 degree day. I did walk to Domain every day (20 min walk). But as you walk next to highway, it is loud (you can not talk on the phone). The hotel itself was quite (my windows were facing the road) Cons: Desk is not open 24 hours. The breakfast leaves to be desired. Also, there was only one trash basket in the room. As I stayed for a week, it was filled up (they do not clean room during your stay).

A work in progress The Extended Stay is under the new General Manager who is working on getting it up to part again. They are also in the process of sprucing up the place and ripping the old carpets out and replacing them withva much more hygienic solution of vinyl flooring. One of the biggest lacks in my opinion is cleaning. If you don't want carpets anymore there is a need to wet mop the hard surface flooring. The cleaning crew in general needs some serious overhauling which would make a huge difference to the whole place.... read more

what i liked about the property was how good the staff was. what i didn't like was how short staffed they were. it's my opinion they need a day &/or night enforcer because the guests sometimes try to pull a fast one on them because they're understaffed. they could use the help.
