Front desk person very friendly and accommodating. In a great location, safe area close to main thoroughfare and restaurants. My room was clean, but well-worn”. Trash in the parking areas at the front needs to be picked up.

Ok stay but cigarette smell is bad on non-smoking Good service and good stay, but the elevator and entire floor had too much cigarette smell to the point that it bothers.

My room key didnt work. Made 4 attempts to get the rite key but if failed to work. The front desk had to come ler me into my room an later bring me a key. The refrigerator had a few items an the outter shell need to be painted so your renters are more comfortable. Other than that my atay was very pleasant.

The advertisement on your site for this property stated it came with a breakfast. It does not. It had coffee and a granola bar. That is a far cry from a breakfast. Room was clean and the rate was reasonable.

Our car was broken into. Our 1st room had a refrigerator leak so we moved to another room, the staff were all friendly and moved us right away. The last 2 days were there they placed a smoker in the room next to ours so the smoke was bad. Usually there are designated smoking rooms far away from the non smoking rooms. The hotel was not full
