Not a very clean hotel to stay, pictures are not even close to the actual cleanliness of the room. Has mold & very dusty

Terribly disappointed I'm sure the hotel was very nice but we didn't get to stay. There was an issue to be fixed and they didn't know if it would be fixed that day or when. So, they were unable to check any visitors in. I'm just hoping that I'm not NOT charged for that 3 night stay for we had to locate another room at a time when there were no rooms available. We were lucky to find a room 2 hours later. almost twice the cost and we are 75yrs. old, on fixed budget and in town for a funeral. Family plans were made for each day... read more

When I arrived I was told I had no room. I was somehow still charged even though I never presented my card, and it was a pay on arrival booking. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I then returned a few days later to ask for a refund since I did not receive any services but was charged and has the cops called on me after being told they could not help me or give me my money back. Room had a mildew smell. Hallway smelled musty and had a very pungent order, multiple people hanging in front the building’s entrance and in hallway and stairways
