The place is filthy, carpets, floors, bathrooms, beds, super thin and old bed sheets, no tv remote in room, broken toilets, smelled like cigarette smoke.. Left and demanded full refund for 2 rooms

The toilet leaked the whole time, if you want a good nights sleep good luck. They allow animals so there will be barking all night.

Need improved cleaning!!! Service was wonderful but the room had roaches and needed a detailed cleaning there were 3 lights that didn't work. The bathroom had very little light, restroom wasn't clean properly.

For our entire stay we didn’t have hot water, when brought to the properties attention, they offered to move us; my wife went to check to see if the room they’d switch us to had hot water and nothing. The entire stay. Its cold outside, I be damned I’m going to take a cold shower and not even be discounted off my stay.

Room was dirty, carpet coming loose, appliances in terrible shape, cockroaches in the bath tub. Noisy room from people walking in upper level.

The lobby wreaked like marijuana. Our sheets in the room did not fit. And the lamp didn’t have a light bulb. There was also a missing light above the closet with wires exposed. The room was musty. The burners on the stove were rusted. And marijuana odor seeped through the bathroom vents. I had to ask for new sheets and a light bulb. One of the rooms was taped/blocked off down the hall with plastic which was likely for bed beds. We checked out early without a refund. Disgusting. The worst hotel ever.
