You Expedia and Extended Stay really let me down. Modnay night 10pm I came there to check in and told Wifi and systems down and you were not able to check me in. I had to find alternate accommodation middle of the night. Horrible experience. Please refund the money ASAP. Don’t let me go back and forth, I don’t have time to waste.

Smoke smelling room. I booked a non smoking room. The recptionist said all rooms are non smoking rooms when i asked about it. The reom could not be changed. No phone in the room. I had go back to down from 3rd floor a few times to ask for things at reception. Poor experience :(

Hotel Management Needed, Rating F- - - I made Reservation using my Reward Night, I drove 20 miles, from UT-Austin campus to hotel. Parking in hotel was Very Dark, people just wondering outside, looking into vehicles… I booked hotel, paid for Reservation, then Front Dest Rep. informed me that my Reservation has been canceled, Because NO rooms were Available. Cheap but you get what you pay for…. I have never stayed in a smellier hotel before. From the elevator floor to the hallways to the bathrooms, everything just seems worn, old, and unclean. This is the first hotel that we literally requested a refund from hotels.com, we left the first day to book at a Hilton suites location.

Had a cockroach run around, shower curtain holder was hanging off the wall and close to falling, very dusty and we asked for a king and got a queen. I requested a full refund and got it thankfully on out 2ND night.

Disgusting place infested with roaches, dirty and shady goings on in the parking lot. Don't Stay here!
