Cheap but you get what you pay for…. I have never stayed in a smellier hotel before. From the elevator floor to the hallways to the bathrooms, everything just seems worn, old, and unclean. This is the first hotel that we literally requested a refund from hotels.com, we left the first day to book at a Hilton suites location.

Had a cockroach run around, shower curtain holder was hanging off the wall and close to falling, very dusty and we asked for a king and got a queen. I requested a full refund and got it thankfully on out 2ND night.

Disgusting place infested with roaches, dirty and shady goings on in the parking lot. Don't Stay here!

We got pulled in by the photo. I should have realized the reason they took the photo from a half mile away. The place is very run down. If they had panned the camera, you would also see the confluence of about 700 freeways. It's so close to the onramps the whole place should be on wheels. Dreamed I was a NASCAR driver - I lost. Decent room but ammenities lacking The front desk staff was great but the room itself was seriously lacking. There was no coffee maker in the room or in the lobby except in the morning. The lady at the front desk gave me a coffee maker and a pack of coffee but the coffee maker didn't work. The room was ok but the alarm clock went off in the middle of the night and I had to unplug it to get it to stop, didn't really sleep after that. The bed was hard and uncomfortable as well.

The deal breaker was the roach in the room. Staff when they finally were able to be tracked down were very nice and accommodating however I had to wait 5-15 minutes on 3 occasions to get service either to be checked in or attended to. Overall the experience was ok but will not be coming back. Roaches are a thing I simply can't accept in a room.
