Wrong room Ordered a single queen bed room was given two double beds.

There was vomit stains on the floor, the shower curtain was nearly falling off, there were bugs in our snacks. Was double charged for this booking. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I did not stay - I checkout the same day. I did not get the room options I paid for and requested.

I didnt like that there wasnt any wash rags available for us when we got to our room and wanted to shower after being on the lake all day. They said we would have to wait a hour for some wash rags. There were roaches in the room and the refrigerator was nasty

Our room smelled like fried fish, had to have the windows open all the time. The bathroom was moldy and the floors filthy. Grab and go breakfast was coffee and nut bar. The staff is super lazy. When I checked out the lady didn’t even looked at me, didn’t say anything, didn’t pick the key card I gave her. I had to ask if she needed anything front me. Rude and LAZY.

The hotel smelled terrible, everything in the room had stains and had a really bad smell. The curtain rod in the shower was broken so the shower curtain served no purpose. The lamps were missing light bulbs which made the room darker, the bathroom counter had brown spots all over it and I couldn’t figure out what they were and the floor had a couple of blood stains as well by the couch which was also torn and stained. Hands down this was the worst hotel I had ever stayed in. I would not recommend to anyone!!!

Didn't like anything My room wasn't wat I booked online..it wasn't cleaned..hallway smelled horrible

Don't Stay at this Hotel... This visit to this hotel was awful. When I checked into the Hotel and went to my room. The room that they gave me looked like someone else had the room. the beds where unmade and food everywhere. I went to complain and they gave me another room. This room had coach roaches, the microwave wasn't clean and there was an old piece of Pizza in the microwave, no toilet paper. Was very unsatisfied with this hotel. Now form this experience i will not be staying at any Extended Stay America Suites...

I made a reservation two weeks ahead of time, for 3 rooms , I got there and no rooms available. Still calling for my refunds
