Didn't like anything My room wasn't wat I booked online..it wasn't cleaned..hallway smelled horrible

Don't Stay at this Hotel... This visit to this hotel was awful. When I checked into the Hotel and went to my room. The room that they gave me looked like someone else had the room. the beds where unmade and food everywhere. I went to complain and they gave me another room. This room had coach roaches, the microwave wasn't clean and there was an old piece of Pizza in the microwave, no toilet paper. Was very unsatisfied with this hotel. Now form this experience i will not be staying at any Extended Stay America Suites...

I made a reservation two weeks ahead of time, for 3 rooms , I got there and no rooms available. Still calling for my refunds

Hotel overbooked and did not have room with two double beds as I had booked. Took three days of back and forth to get refund.

The front desk personnel were super sweet, however, the room wasn’t clean (the furniture was dusty, the bathroom mirror was dirty, there were dirty clothes left in drawers by previous guests), the cold water tap in the bathroom sink was broken, the toilet leaked, there was no ice machine, the breakfast they advertised was not being provided due to COVID which is understandable but their website/advertisements need to be updated, and the beds were hard. We weren’t happy at all.
