The staff was friendly. That’s about all I liked. For some reason, Expedia defaulted my reservation to “smoking room”. (I suppose based on availability). The hallway and room wreaked of cigarettes and marijuana - so pungent it was nauseating. I couldn’t open the window to air it out because of the large wasp nest between the window and the screen. No hot water in the morning for my shower. Room was sprayed with a heavy deodorant. Too much. Lobby and elevators smelled a lot like cigarette smoke.

we found a roach in our room, also when I asked the front desk for a sink so I can rinse my water bottle the sink in the front desk and the area itself was terrible condition cleanliness speaking, obviously they knew there are roaches ...there must have been about 8 just at plain sight. I am beyond nauseated by the who experience. i am sorry this was not good at all.

Room dirty and the whole building smelled like smoke.

Do not expect to have your room cleaned during your stay. The towels smelled bad. You have to go to the front desk to exchange towels, to get toilet paper. There are people walking around too at night. Will not be staying here ever again
