Bad experience The hotel could not find my reservation when I arrived for check in. The I was told Expedia cancelled my reservation. I called Expedia and I was told they did not. I asked them to call the hotel. I could hear the front desk clerk acknowledging cancelling my reservation while on the phone with Expedia. This hotel is to say the least we'll BELOW average! WELL BELOW, like not even remotely close to average.. Heck, they're not even close to crappy, they're worse.. Roach infested to the point of ridiculous.. Not to mention, I reserved 5 nights last week on Sunday afternoon, well my trip ran shorter than anticipated, 3 nights to be exact.. Reservation was cancelled by the front desk with no explanation. Staff was rude and unprofessional. No advance notice of cancellation before arrival.
