Room dirty and the whole building smelled like smoke.

Do not expect to have your room cleaned during your stay. The towels smelled bad. You have to go to the front desk to exchange towels, to get toilet paper. There are people walking around too at night. Will not be staying here ever again

Bad experience The hotel could not find my reservation when I arrived for check in. The I was told Expedia cancelled my reservation. I called Expedia and I was told they did not. I asked them to call the hotel. I could hear the front desk clerk acknowledging cancelling my reservation while on the phone with Expedia. After finish talking with Expedia, The hotel front desk clerk run to the back office leaving me alone and never came back. I had to leave and go somewhere else. This hotel is to say the least we'll BELOW average! WELL BELOW, like not even remotely close to average.. Heck, they're not even close to crappy, they're worse.. Roach infested to the point of ridiculous.. Not to mention, I reserved 5 nights last week on Sunday afternoon, well my trip ran shorter than anticipated, 3 nights to be exact.. Reservation was cancelled by the front desk with no explanation. Staff was rude and unprofessional. No advance notice of cancellation before arrival.
