Bugs under bed and on towels This property was horrible I had to check in due to car had broken down and parts not available til next day. The young lady was very nice but new and not very confident about checking in guests by herself. I put that on management, not the young lady who was very courteous and was doing her best to get me booked in. I finally get room and my partner just wants to shower and rest a few hours. Doesn't actually have a continental breakfast, just coffee. Kitchen didn't have any supplies to cook. Minimal bath supplies. Very short staffed so the employees aren't very helpful. Internet goes out every 5 mins so don't try working.

The property was in a great part of town but what place in Austin isn’t great.the most unique part of the experience was the lack of help in the after hour times cat tge hotel people mad noise ran up and down corredors

Nasty Palace Filthy!! This place was absolutely disgusting. If you are searching for a clean hotel, this is NOT it! If my reservation was refundable, I'd have never checked in. From the lobby area to the room, it was absolutely disgusting. Dirt, dog hair, dust... and the smell! Old smoke and wet dogs.
