Bad experience The hotel could not find my reservation when I arrived for check in. The I was told Expedia cancelled my reservation. I called Expedia and I was told they did not. I asked them to call the hotel. I could hear the front desk clerk acknowledging cancelling my reservation while on the phone with Expedia. After finish talking with Expedia, The hotel front desk clerk run to the back office leaving me alone and never came back. I had to leave and go somewhere else. This hotel is to say the least we'll BELOW average! WELL BELOW, like not even remotely close to average.. Heck, they're not even close to crappy, they're worse.. Roach infested to the point of ridiculous.. Not to mention, I reserved 5 nights last week on Sunday afternoon, well my trip ran shorter than anticipated, 3 nights to be exact.. These sorry excuse for hotel personnel, management or whatever you'd call them, I call them greedy and pathetic, and many other words I can't say on here.. Reservation was cancelled by the front desk with no explanation. Staff was rude and unprofessional. No advance notice of cancellation before arrival.
Bad experience Bath room was not cleaned, room was smelly
