Tom in McKinney This hotel is quite a disappointment. The room was definitely not very clean, and a couple of things in it were not working, and were not repaired during my 3 day stay. The room had a small kitchen and the refrigerator in the room is simply gross. Also, the tray in the microwave had crusted cheese and whatever else all of it, and had obviously not been cleaned. Found roach in the room, and the room had a weird smell. A few undesirables hanging around the back of the hotel as well, made me nervous.

Everybody Very nice and friendly unfortunately the kitchen area of the room very old and infested of roaches and after all they don’t even have a cup of Coffe to offer

DISGUSTING!!!!! The hotel was definitely in a convenient location but the service, cleanliness and smell was absolutely terrible!!! They never once came and gave us new towels when we stayed for two nights. We had a disgusting refrigerator with old caked on food and grime all over it. My husband killed baby cockroaches in our room. And the smell was absolutely disgusting!!!! It smelled like an old bar mixed with with what we think a brothel would smell like. Not so great Wood floor was dirty. Pillows were not comfortable. Arrived late. Ppl outside. Not very bright. And was a little uneasy feeling being unfamiliar with the area. No canopy to pull under to check in. Breakfast was packaged snacks and coffee. No ice machine to be found. No snack machine with bottled water in eyesight. Was issued room on. Second floor making it feel a bit safer. Not a place I would go by myself again.

Roaches everywhere. And room was not cleaned. Dog fur in the shower and dog food on the ground. And roaches are everywhere. Nasty.

Toilet had poop stains when we arrived in our room Stove top burner had old food stuck on burners Roaches and ants Crumbs found on bed sheet No privacy Was not informed that housecleaning is only once a week And it smells terribly especially in the elevators Reasonable price but you get what you pay for.. will not return.. don’t be fooled by online photos.

Dirty hotel Don't stay here the rooms and the condition of the inside of the hotel is gross!!! The whole hotel is outdated and strongly recommend staying elsewhere
