Think 2wice! Bugs on kitchen counter. Food in microwave. 2 chairs at the table were dirty. Accessible room not available. I checked in after 11 pm, so I didn't expect an accessible room. Tub was leaning toward the middle of the bathroom. Booked 1 queen bed, got 2 beds. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets, coffee, & granola bars. Didn't receive a reward night.

Disappointed My reservation was over booked. Overhead front desk telling someone that they needed to get out of the room because of bed bugs.

Smokers Paradise At first glance, this place seems nice enough. It’s updated, neat and tidy, and appears clean. The major problem is with the smell, which isn’t a problem in the lobby or hallways. But as soon as I opened the door to my NON SMOKING room, I was overwhelmed by the disgusting stench of stale cigarette smoke. Would not take CC over phone which left my crew stranded until i could physically get the with my CC.... even though i had given it to reserve the room. Room was dirty. Top of refrigerator was filthy. Smoking was apparently allowed and the entire floor reeked of stale cigarettes.

Cockroaches Says it’s a non smoking hotel but that’s all I could smell cockroaches on the bed and bathroom

Non smoking section For a non smoking hotel there sure was a lot of cigaret smoke in the air and smell lingering in the hallway.... Not to mention the bed sheets had cigarette burns in it along with other mysterious stains I have stayed in cheaper hotels that were in better Condition.

It was horrible because of the terrible smell of tobacco that was in the air the whole night!! It completely prevented me of sleeping because the smell was just so unbearable and I had to cancel my reservation the next day.

Nobody at check in desk. Had to wait 45 minutes. The A/C/ Heat sounded like a jet starting up, had to turn off at night. Locked out of room the second day. The was nothing in the "Complete Kitchen". Bathroom sink leaked onto the floor. Fire alarm sounded and had to wait for the firetrucks before mallowed back in.
