Room used as a drug den After specifying a non-smoking room, the only available room was smoking. Annoying, but thought we could deal with it for the night--it was after midnight and we were tired. But after checking in and opening the door, we discovered that not only hadn't it been cleaned, but it had been used by junkies on an epic binge. Bed was torn apart, the floor was littered with trash and pieces of paper, used syringes (!!), broken toiletries, a cardboard box filled with the previous guests' items. I would not recommend property. Room was unclean, neighbors were loud and boisterous.

Dirty Dirty room and hallway. Expensive for the condition.

Nasty This is one of the dirtiest,nastiest hotel I've seen in a long time,first I reserved two non smoking rooms,first thing we encountered was the elevator floor was sticking to our shoes from spilled substance,second was the first room smelled horrible like old mop water,second room smelled like a tavern with a strong foul odor of stale cigarettes,had rooms changed,first new room not the greatest but we stayed,second room really showed how well this hotel does not clean,found a tooth brush someone had put on picture frame ... read more

Awful Over booked dirty place, no offer to relocate booking.

We Were Expecting Roaches To Pop Up at Any Time. The staff was friendly although they looked overworked and tired. Our room was beyond dirty and to make it worse, my wife forgot my slippers, so I couldn't take my shoes off. No way I was going to put my bare feet on that disgusting rug. This hotel looks old and very poorly maintained. And just like every hotel in Texas, they have hard water. So don't forget to bring skin lotion. The hotel has NO amenities whatsoever. Horrible service (overbooking) horrible! My flight landed in Austin by 2:00AM and did a reservation straight away. about 30 minutes after I got to the hotel and was told that the hotel is fully booked and I cant get the room I ordered. the receptionist admitted that they are doing over booking and I need to go to an other brunch like 20 minutes drive from the current. She also said that they don't have transportation and I have to order and pay for a taxi myself. when I asked to cancel the reservation she told me that refund... read more

Disappointed Booked a non smoking room. We were placed on the 4th floor. The smell of smoke was evident from the elevator, down the hallway, and into our room. Pet odors were extreme and the "free breakfast" is a joke.
