not a great hotel The stay started with awkward experience at check in as employees were complaining about a customer who was on the phone. Then I went to my room and the door was propped open with door closer latch. I went back down to the lobby before I went in to let them know. The cleaning service person said it was to indicate it was clean. The room was ok at best and a can of chewing tobacco was left in the restroom. the security latch from the inside would not close. No scruples A generous 1 overall as the coffee was palatable. I'd be an idiot ever to stay at Extended Stay ever again. The hotel resold one of our rooms despite a confirmation and having already paid for it. The bedding did not appear fresh - that's the assessment of the four adult males that were forced into single room. The AC made a distracting and variable noise so had to be switched off so we could get some sleep. In the morning I killed a large insect that was wandering around the room. Dirty Sheets and Broken AC First with single queen room had broken AC and dirty comforter stained and full of hair. When I complained about the first room there was no apology or understanding. I was silently given keys to another room. He said it was double beds and I asked if they were still queen beds and he saud yes. We were given a room with two full size beds with an AC working somewhat better. My wife and I slept uncomfortably in one full bed. I didn't have the energy to complain again.

Room used as a drug den After specifying a non-smoking room, the only available room was smoking. Annoying, but thought we could deal with it for the night--it was after midnight and we were tired. But after checking in and opening the door, we discovered that not only hadn't it been cleaned, but it had been used by junkies on an epic binge. Bed was torn apart, the floor was littered with trash and pieces of paper, used syringes (!!), broken toiletries, a cardboard box filled with the previous guests' items. I would not recommend property. Room was unclean, neighbors were loud and boisterous.
